Hi all,
In our current design of Leave Request approval Email Notification is not active. Hence we would like to implement Email notifications functionality.
We have two types of Leave approval process.
Sc1) Leave request to be approved by Manager.
We have created a Rule Group1 and did the settings in in V_T554S_WEB maintained WF 12300111.
Sc2) Leave Reqest Auto Approval.
For Top Mgt employees Leave Request is Auto Approved after applying in ESS
We have created a Rule Group2 and did the settings in in V_T554S_WEB. The WF 12300111 is not maintained.
Now we would have to implement the Email notifications separately to Scenario 1 and 2 as the notification content is different to each other. (In Sc2 Manager need not to goto UWL to approve leave as it is auto approval)
Do i have to enhance the WF to trigger the emails separately in both the scenarios or is there any workaround solution.
