Extra req shown in md04

Hi All,

BOM structure :

13912145 [1 piece ]

|

13541829 [ 1 piece ]

There is a plan order for header material [13912145 ] for 45 pieces dated on 10/08/2012 .This plan order is manually created .

For the same , dependent requirments of 45 pieces are created for the componet [13541829] , which is correct .

But I do see extra dependent requirments of 3*45 pieces are getting created on the same date 10/08/2012 , with same plan order .

What could be the possible reason for this extra dependent requirment's getting created ??
