Partner Determination

Hello Experts,

I had defined new partner functions Sales Director, Finance Director and General Manager. I want these partner functions to be determined in sales transactions. what is required for these partner functions to be determined.

In access sequence what source should i mention for these ?

Should i mention Organisation Determination/Resposibility Rule ?

Please guide me through these.
