Crystal Reports Uninstall is not working Err 2324

One of our clients had a system crash last week. unfortunately, it was the SAP server that crashed. Everything has been rebuilt, re-installed and re-done and seems to be okay. However, when we installed Crystal Reports on the server, we had a permission problem that we were not aware of and it actually did not install on the server. The clients were not affected by the crash and have their Crystal Reports running as expected. Now when we try to install or uninstall, remove, modify or anything on the server (for Crystal Reports only), we get an error 2324 on one of the dll's. I think when we fix this one dll, there will be other errors to follow (i have a sneaking suspicion). I thought about using the Microsoft 'fix' program (http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall/) but don't know enough technically to determine if that is right or if this is fully a Crystal Reports problem. The clients are okay and can print. The server gets an error when we try to print on the server: "Error while connecting to Crystal Runtime. check the installation." When we try to uninstall we get the Error 2324. When we try to install and use 'remove'Can anyone tell me if this is a Windows issue or a Crystal issue? i don't want to have to push Crystal out to the clients again. Thanks for any assistance given, Marilyn Young
