BOBJ setup issue ICM_HTTP_TIMEOUT

Hi All,

I am in Step 6 "Configure Automatically" -> Introscope Host Adapter. While executing Introscope host adapter setup for BO Cluster 4.0 i am getting below error.

SOAP:1.023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_TIMEOUT")

Error when processing Web service call

I am not able to proceed with the setup. And not sure what might be the issue.

BOBJ 4.0 SP2

Please tell me whats the issue here.
