DSO Activation failure historical data

Hi Experts,

My requirement is, I need to get the list of dates on which particular DSO (say UFIGLO03) got failed due to DSO activation since past 6 months.

How can I get these details. Is there any table which stores this details or any particular t-code which helps to get or any other way to get.

Please assist on this..
