Billing Block in CRM

Hi all,

How to activate billing block in CRM service orders.

My requirement is to Block billing for few customers(BP) but however user should be able to open RO and complete TECHO process.

how can i achieve this, please suggest me.

Hi all,

How to block billing for specific customers ?

system should allow to open Service order and complete TECHO process but not billing.

I have updated Billing block reason in the customer master and tested process.

System allowed me to open Service order and completed TECHO and while generating billing document system throws error message "Payer XXX is blocked for billing" but its allowing me to save(generate billing) which should not be allowed.

Please guide me.
