Does a reporting agent Print Setting and the scheduling package have to be in a BEx Request? Or can they be processed in a regular request?
Fran
Fran,
A reporting agent print setting have to be transported by using a regular (workbench) request. You can include that kind of objects on a request by using Transport connection.
I recently experienced a problem with query variants that print setting uses, but I solved it by creating the query variant on the target system (it was allowed). I was not able to find a way to transport query variants.
Hope this helps,
David.
