Relay Server: Overall availability: None

Hi All.

I have the Relay Server set up, but as soon as I try to test it using the URL http://localhost/ias_relay_server/server/rs_server.dll I get the following message: Overall availability: None

The server is comprised of:

- SUP 2.1 #ESD 3 P01

- Win 2008R2 SP1

- IIS7

Then I retrieve to the log file and find this:
