Stock in Transit

Hello Experts -

I have a situation where there are 49 pcs of a material showing in transit when we see MB5T in the receiving plant and No material in transit in MB5T of the issuing plant . Is it possible to delete this 49 pcs from the receiving plant screen since the issuing plant part number has been changed to obsolete ..
