How to restrict Data Manager Package selection to Base level

Hi, I am trying to use /CPMB/EXPORT_TD_TO_APPL to retract data to application server. When I execute the DM Package after giving all the dimension parameters it works absolutely fine. However, when I dont give selection criteria while execution it is trying to read all member including parent members too. Is there a way to restrict the members to base level either in DM Package or transformation? I already tried with SELECTINPUT in PROMPT but this is not working. Regards, Priyanka Singh

Hi Priyanka,

You may create filters once while running DM pacakge based on CALC=N and save it for each of the dimension that need values during package run.

Then select these filters instead of members and save the selection as file.

From next time you can load the selection file and run the package.

We are currently using the same logic, but is there any other way to achieve the same.
