create following operation in WEB IC

Hi all.


I have created a custom copy operations from the activity Contact an Lead (CRM \ Transactions \ Basic Settings\ Copying Control for Transsaction Types). But when I create a follow-up operation in a list of not showing. What do I need to set to see Leads ?

Required to adjust authority to the visibility follow-up operations.

Hi Yuri,

KBA 1781481 summarizes steps to be checked when having troubles during follow up creation.
Check if the preceding business transaction has errors. Only transaction types with leading transaction category  

  • business activities (BUS2000126) or 
  • tasks (BUS2000125) 

are allowed as follow up business transaction for a document with errors.

Hi,

If you are creating the follow up from web ui then you need to maintain following customizing as well.

SPRO->CRM->TRANSACTIONS->BASIC SETTINGS->DEFINE TRANSACTION TYPES

Select Transaction type and then select CHANNEL.

In Channel maintain three options.

CRM WEBCLIENT UI

INTERACTION CENTRE

INTERACTION CENTRE WEBCLIENT.

Adding: If Yuri wants to see and navigate into the create follow-up document IN the interaction center then I guess he needs to customize as well the business transaction profile within the interaction center customizing. You have to add there the transaction type of your follow-up document. But normally Nareshs explanation should be sufficient if you want for example only to create a task from your IC lead.

Hello all and thanks.

I want create a lead from .There are 2 ways:

1.In Iteraction Center? button Follow-UP

2.Directly from operations (more \ follow-up)


I have committed those acts, which wrote Naresh,  but, unfortunately, in the list of available actions did not appear the type of lead.

Type of CHANNEL - INTERACTION CENTRE WEBCLIENT is  saved with warning : first entryfor channel ICW;all other process types will be deactivated.

Hi Yuri,

please try as well the following: Go to customizing: IMG -> CRM -> Interaction Center WebClient -> Business Transaction -> Define business transaction profiles.

There you should have a profile for your given business role in the interaction center. mark you profile and double click on the folder 'Dependent Business Transactions'. Add there your lead transaction type and mark the flag for lead.

Ensure that your Z business transaction profile is added to your business role. Therefore navigate to the business role customizing, mark your business role and click on the folder: Assign function profiles. Ensure that you find there an entry for ID: IC_BT and as profile value your Z business transaction profile.

Please clarify your requirements.

I am not sure what you want to happen.

You want to see Leads under the Contact view?

You are missing Contact partner when creating a Lead?
