I want to ask you a few question related to NAKISA talent framework:
- In NAKISA, when assigning competency to the job architecture. There's a field called essential, which we can use to mark the whether the competency is essential or not. My question is where is this field called "essential" stored? can I maintain this field in R/3, if yes, what transaction code should I use? (see the attached file for the detail)
- In NAKISA, can we assign the competency to the employee?
