Error for COM routine using application program (return code 40.134)

Hello Community,

when selecting data in a planning book following error message occurs by almost every CVC:

Error for COM routine using application program (return code 40.134)

Message no. /SAPAPO/OM102

I already tried the established consistency checks but without sucess:

/SAPAPO/PSTRUCONS - Consistency Check for Planning Object Structure

/SAPAPO/TSCONS - Consistency Check for Time Series Network

/SAPAPO/TS_LCM_CONS_CHECK

Can somebody help with another tip?

I already look for several other comments and discussions in this forum but I do not find a solution except these mentioned consistency checks.

What is meant by bouncing the livecache-server?

My problem occured after the refresh of an APO consolidation system from a productive system.
