Work schedules IT 0007

Dear SAP Experts,

I Have the following business case and I need a solution for it.

There is this schedule that goes like the following:

The employee works for certain number of days and afterwards he takes days off that is equivalent to the number of working days.

For example:

If employee "A" worked for 5 days starting from Sunday till Thursday.

He gets from Friday till Tuesday off. (5 days)

and starts working again on Wednesday and so on.

So the start and end of the working period isn't fixed. Please I need advise on this.

There is no way to do this just with IT 0007, if his pattern is not fixed.

You would probably need to maintain a "Flex" work schedule in IT 0007, giving a nominal 8hrs per day for all 7 days of the week.

You would need Time Evaluation, which accumulates a Flex Time Balance when employee is at work, and debits it when he is not at work. You would probably need PCRs to check the number of days off etc.
