"missing" Error when tries to reset the password.

Hi All,

I am getting error "missing" when user tries to reset the password using logon problem link on logon page.

When user receives the new password in mail and tries to reset the password using the new password user getting error "missing".

Portal version 7.0 SP 14.

Can you please reproduce your problem and provide step-by-step screenshots?

Please capture web-diagtool trace with severity set to ALL for below trace location:

- com.sap.security.core.persistence

- com.sap.security.core.performance

Could you able to fix this issue. I'm getting the same problems while upgrading our system to EHP7.
