PCR for Time management

HI Expert,

can u give some light on below scenario.i am planning to write pcr for that.

I hv two quota one is cashable and another is non cashable. once this

quota combinely reach to total 300 then system will update another

quota X.

But i am not getting how i wll check this total 300 in pcr and then how will

update another quota.if its less than this(300) then will update that

two quota again.

Please reply on this.
