Hi experts, just want to ask if it is possible to end the process of "B1DI_Server.exe" in Task manager in the server side? I have a problem when the client side is saving a document, it always says "Error in SOAP command 'Add' " But after I restart the B1DI_Server in our server, it will submit successfully. I want to know any other solution for this. Thanks,

Hi Gimo,

There are  several other posts on the forum about the DI Server regularly crashing or not responding anymore. Almost all mention that restarting the service is the only solution.

All others have also received the advice to log a message with SAP support about this. I recommend that you do the same, as it might be that they have a solution.
