Unable to export data to XL in windows 2000 using VB.net 2003

HI ALL,

Could you please help me in resolving the issue to export data to XL in windows 2000 using Crystals reports 1.1 using VB.net 2003

when i deployed the code to the windows 2000 server the IE explorer is getting close immediately it works as well in IE6.0

when i deployed the same code in windows 2003 server it worked with hot fix CRnet11Win_en

i have applied same hot fix to windows 2000 server and got same result as IE geting closed.

Please help me to resolve the isssue as issue
