Text in cust_sales hierarchy?

Hello,

this hierarchy is shown in the analyzer like this:

XX/01/0020/K12345

There is shown the key, not the text (f.e. DaimlerChrysler). When I adjust in the properties, that the text should be displayed, it does not help.

Where do I get the texts?
