GRC PC Workflow loop while step is terminating

I am developing GRC PC 10.0 Workflow for Test Plan. Copied standard template WS75900006 and created Ztemplate.When ever I execute the Work Item by pressing SUBMIT button the workflow is terminating . When checked in container the status value is not changing.I even hardcoded the status in task binding but it is not executing but terminating the workflow . I am using loop while step . The status in the log while step is not changing .Can you guys help me in to see whether I am missing something in configuration or designing the workflow.Please suggest
