Error Replicating Vendors from ECC 6.0 to SRM 7.01

Hello Experts,

I'm trying to replicate vendors from ECC to SRM and after running BBPGETVD transaction I check in SLG1 and I get the follow error message:

Error: Error while creating business partner (BP) Module: BUPA_CREATE_FROM_DATA Supplier: 3100000000

Delivery Service Type ##$#$# is not valid

Can you please let me know of any suggestions?
