Failed to load database information. DLL 'crdb_oracle.dll' could not be loaded.

Hello,

I have a new server environment, Windows Server 2008 R2. I installed Crystal Reports 2008 SP3 and Oracle 11g R2 native client. When I try running a .RPT file, I get the following error message:

Failed to load database information. DLL 'crdb_oracle.dll' could not be loaded.

Can someone please assist?
