Dear Gurus,

We get "Content was blocked because it wasn't signed by a valid security certificate" error message when we try to run the Webi reports in our Consumer Production portal. The consumer portal acts as the Federated Portal Network. We use SAP NW 7.02 SP6 and IE8. Please let me know what should be done to resolve this error.

I have attached the screenshot for your reference. Points will be awarded.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Goutham ,

Hope you are doing good.

This looks like a SSL security issue. Do check the note 1757295 and make sure that the certificates are fine.

Please check all steps as per:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/a6/98f73dbc570302e10000000a114084/frameset.htm

and if so, set/import the option into "Trusted Root Certification Authorities", in Int. Explorer:

"If the server process is to accept the use of client certificates for authentication, then set this option in the Client Authentication tab page. Also maintain the list of trusted certificates in the Trusted

Certification Authorities section."

Thank you and have a nice day :).

Hi Hemanth,

Thanks for your response. I have imported the file in the Trusted Keystore CA and also Trusted Publishers and Trusted Users, Personal folders in the MMC. But we are still facing the same issue. We are on SAP NW 7.02 SP6 and using IE8.

I tried the import .CER the file into IE8 "personal" folder, but I couldn't. It already has a certificate issue by our company but with a different file name and validity. I am running out of ideas and have tried all I could.

Can you please provide me with your contact number/email, if you don't mind?. I can set up a quick call with you if you have some time.
