Object changeability - how to authorize

Hello,

via the datewarehousing workbench (RSA1) -> transport connections -> button "Object Changeability" we can change for each object, whether it can be directly edited in our productive system.

Can anybody of you tell us - what is / what are the authorization objects which allow us to control whether a user can see this button / can make changes to the changeability of objects?
