Assigning different work centers to people for an operation

I have to assign different people with different activity rates to my operation .

I have to click the split creation function role in partner and thereby activate the requirement assignment tab.

Can I also assign my work centers to each person in the requirement assignment tab?

This is because I need to maintain different activity types to each person performing that operation.
