Transporting SPO Object.

Hello Guys,

I am transporting SPO infocube to the Quality system.

There are 22 partitions created in cubes and 22 part providers are generated.

So do I have to collect all 22 infocubes?

Please let me know your views.

Regards,

Deepak Chavan.

    Hello Deepak,

While Transporting SPO, you have to collect below object

    1) SPO DSO or SPO Cube

    2) All DTP

    3) Master transformation not system generated one

    4) Infosurce need not to be transported ,It will get generated in target system

    Regards

    Sachin

you have to collect only SPO and transport, not the partition infocubes.

SPO do not take partition infocube along when you transport it, but it will generate partitions in target system based on the partitioning creteria.

You will however need to collect the process chain and dtp's seperately. When I transported the SPO the various cubes and transformations were automatically generated but not the dtp's.
