Function module to populate charecteristics assigned to Master Recipe.

Hi,

In our senario we assign charecteristics in the Task list of Master Recipe.

I am looking for a Function Module from where i can get the assigned charecteristics

to a Master Recipe along with Values.Screenshot attached.
