Number ranges of Maintenance Order skipping

Dear Experts,

The number ranges of maintenance order is skipping ( eg - initial number range was 103000000000 and when i created the next order it jumped to 1030000000020). Somehow i did not found any particular solution for this problem. Please help me out to solve this issue.
