Package Sequence of a Maintenance Plan (not strategy)

Hi all,

The users here have issues with scheduling maintenance plans and its quite often down to package hierarchies and offsets.

Has anyone seen a report that shows the Packge Sequence for those Packages used in the maintenance plans only.

I know about IP12/13 which shows me the Package Sequence for the Packages in the Strategy - this is not what we want...

OK guys..

I created my own program by copying the standard IP13 program (RMSTRA00).

The report gets the packages used from the task list(s) in the maintenance items(s) and then runs IP13 for only those packages selected..

Seems to work OK.

Delayed but ...

Execute IP19 with data appropriate and in "Display of Maint. Schedulling Overview" mark "Tabular".

Screen: Maintenance Item Overview: Tabular, in "Change Layout" add Maintenance strategy and Due Packages.

Hi,

could not think of any standard report for this.

If you copy the 'Planned Dates' and 'Due Packages' columns from the 'Schedule Calls' tab from IP10 in to excel and do a 'transpose' of data, you could a output similar to 'Package Sequence' in IP12, but only for packages used in the maintenance plan.

will this suffice the requirement?

I wish it were that easy Ramesh..

We have hierarchies and offsets to consider which would make it very difficult to determine in Excel...
