PSA request remaining yellow state for long time

Hi

I am using BI 7.1

I am loading master data into InfoObject using Flat File through a process chain.

In RSMO the request is remaining in a yellow state for a very long time.

Even refreshing the process chain from RSPCM or from RSMO not solve the problem.

Pls let me know if there is a solution.
