Talent Review Meetings- Predefined PMS

Hi Experts,

I am using Predefined PMS(EHP6) along with enterprise compensation management. Once the appraisal process is completed ( including team calibration) the document moves to status "Closed Approved".

Now, If the rating of the talent is changed during the Talent Review meetings, the same is not reflected in the predefined appraisal document. Although, the corresponding Potential/Performance infotype is updated.

However, since the rating is not updated in the appraisal document the ECM module is still referring to the old ratings. Is there any work around for this?

Thanks,
Sachin

    Hi Sachin,

This is correct in terms of appraisal documents, since the original rating will always be saved in the document (for historical purposes). However, I'm not 100% sure that ECM should be reading the appraisal document for the latest rating, since the correct rating in other parts of Talent Management comes from infotype 7409 (as you state).

There are no settings in the IMG from what I remember, but take a look in case there is. There might be some integration on the ECM side that needs enabling, so that it can read data from the HRP7409 infotype instead of the appraisal document. It might be worth raising an OSS message, because I fully expect SAP to support this type of integration.

    Best regards,

    Luke
