sap linux installatons error in 24 step sap instance

this is  venkatesh

i will perform Linux installation for ecc6.0.I got bellow error

mut 03010 execution of the command tst_error  /usr /sap/sid/sys/exe/run/startsap

please rectify  and give your valuable  information?

Hello Venkatesh,

Check sapinst.log (most important information), sapinst_dev.log (more detailed information) and the logs which they refer to. They are located in /tmp directory, under sapinst_instdir. They will help you further to identify the cause of the error and find the solution.

I check it sapinst .log ,then after give the permission to entire folder ,now i get different error please check it below attachment send your valuable replay,

Hello Venkatesh,

The screenshot points to the issue that the instance could not be stopped. Check dev_ms, dev_disp, sapstart.log, sapstartsrv.log and stderr* files under /usr/sap/DEV/DVEBMGS00/work folder for more information. Most probably you will need to try to stop the system with stopsap r3 DVEBMGS00 command, or if there are still remaining SAP processes (dw.* co.* se.* ms.* sapstart*, ...) you need to kill them on OS level and continue with installation from the point it failed

Hi Venkat,

Stop and start instance manually. Once it is done, retry installation.

Hello venkat,

Please  run sapcontrol command with sidadm user:

sapcontrol -prot NI_HTTP -host <hostname> -nr <Nr> -function StopService

sapcontrol -prot NI_HTTP -host <hostname> -nr <Nr> -function Start

if you get FAIL: NIECONN_REFUSED this means that your sapcontrol is

facing the same issue related to this note.
