Problem solved.

Note : But in this regards if i do this , finally i want download from existing system i.e4.7 ..and save it on Excel format... accordingly TAB wise gl master record not coming , so while for upload the excel in to sap by LSMW ... its very difficult......if i am not wrong.  so kindly tell me the solution.

Hi Pranav,

I do not think I understood your question correctly.  If you want to view the report in excel, click on the 8th tab counting from L to R.  To download into a spreadsheet, click on System --> List --> Local File.  To do this, you would have to change the Output Format into ABAP List (Refer to the 3rd screen shot above) first.

Pranav,

It is not an error.  It looks like you have not finished creating the query.  You've not specified any selection parameters in the query.  I'm guessing you've created an info set and haven't done anything else.

If you had maintained this then raise it to SAP.

I had joined SKAT & SKB1 in my system and getting report properly.
