NO Subscriptions for R/3 Site creation in SMOEAC

HI all,

I have set up RFC connections between R/3 and CRM and tested. working fine,

checked the entry CRM in the table CRMCONSUM in both R/3 and CRM.

Checked the entry CRM in CRMRFCPAR in R/3

I have tried to set up R/3 site in SMOEAC . but could not find any subscriptions..

Can any one pls help me on this ...???

am i missing out any thing??
