BPC 7.5 NW SP 08 - PARENTH1 disappears after processing the dimension

Hi,

we have recenly upgraded our BW environment to be Unicode compatible and after the upgrade we ran into a peculiar issue on the BPC side of things.

Every time any modification is done to the way dimension member ids are mapped to a hierarchy such as PARENTH1 or PARENTH2 the hierarchy disappears from the dimension right after it successfully processes.

I am seeing this pretty much consistently in our Sandbox and Q/A clients that have alrady been upgraded. The Production client is not upgraded yet and things seem to be running ok there. That is the reason I am attributing this issue to the Unicode upgrade but am not 100 % sure.

Has anyone seen anything like this?

I have opened an OSS ticker with SAP but at the same time I am wondering if anyone on the forum has seen this type of issue.
