MM Table for PO Quantity (EKPO-MENGE) at the time of GR or IR

Hi SAP Experts,

May we know if there is a table where we can find the PO quantity at the time of GR or IR?

For instance, we have a table below that shows the Total amount of PO Quantity at the time of GR.

PO Quantity (EKPO-MENGE)             Goods Receipt Values         Accumulated GR and Amt

Bill No.    PO Qty           Amount               GR Qty      GR Amt                PO Qty        Amount

Bill 1      100.00%     10,000.00              5.00%        500.00               5.00%        500.00

Bill 2      100.00%     10,000.00              7.00%        700.00              12.00%     1,200.00

Bill 3        90.00%       9,000.00            10.00%     1,000.00               22.00%    2,200.00

Bill 4        90.00%       9,000.00              5.00 %       500.00               27.00%    2,700.00

Bill 5        90.00%       9,000.00             10.00 %   1,000.00               37.00%     3,700.00

Bill 6        85.00%       8,500.00             10.00 %   1,000.00               47.00 %   4,700.00

Here are the conditions:

1. In billing no. 1, original PO quantity at the time of GR is 100%. We need to get the total PO quantity of 100% for the first GR.

2. When we do GR for billing no. 3, there is a deductive in PO quantity to be served which makes it 90%. when we do GR for the third billing, we need to get the total PO quantity which is at 90%.

3. For billing no. 4, we we need to get the PO quantity of 90%.

4. Then on billing no. 6, there is another deductive of 5% which reduced the total quantity to be delivered in PO to 85%, we need to get the total PO quantity of 85% when we do goods receipt for billing no. 6.

Is there a table where we can get the total PO quantity (EKPO-MENGE) at the time of Goods Receipt?

Thanks,

Matt

if the PO quantity changes, then you cannot use EKPO-MENGE as it only has the current quantity.

you have to consider the change documents to your PO  from table CDHDR and CDPOS
