PS Restart when SAP Netwevear installation

Hi everyone,

I was installed SAP Netwevear the PC Restart suddenly, the Installation process was at import ABAP , i have run agian the program and selected continue with old option, appear window SAP Netweaver of installation process and get message of ane error code 103 with options
