Currently our client is creating portal user ID's manually from user admin at portal and then assigning the roles to him. But now my client want indirect creation of portal users & role assignment. Please suggest me how this can be done. Is it possible through ABAP program or what are the steps I've to follow. You can write to my personal mail ID mshafi.saphr@gmail.com.
There is a way to assign roles to these users indirectly..
As Directly you need to assign roles in R/3....and corresponding groups will be assigned to users in EP...these groups will already contain desired roles...thus...indirect role assignment will happen....
