Solman 7.1 CRM Web Client

We have configured the Service Desk functionality Solman 7.1 SPS 05, when we try to Process a support message it takes to a blank web page.

How can we know our CRM web client is working fine?? and what authorizations are required to process a support message??

When we run the Txn CRM_UI it again takes to a blank page??

Hi Hasan,

Have you followed the guide Application Incident Management COnfiguration guide to configure service desk.

In that guide , they have mentioned the roles required.

Moreover check in the user parameters in SU01 whether CRM_UI_PROFILE is assigned as SOLMAN_PRO

Hasan,

1) Check to make sure you have the following roles assigned to the user:

SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO

SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_FRAMEWORK

SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO_ADMIN

SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO_PROC

2) Use transaction SM_CRM, not CRM_UI.

3) As Jagadish stated above, under parameters on the user, add CRM_UI_PROFILE and assign a value of the Business Process Role you are using (default is SOLMANPRO).
