Solman 7.1 CRM Web Client

We have configured the Service Desk functionality Solman 7.1 SPS 05, when we try to Process a support message it takes to a blank web page.

How can we know our CRM web client is working fine?? and what authorizations are required to process a support message??

When we run the Txn CRM_UI it again takes to a blank page??
