My Workflow Tasks channel always shows count as zero

Hi,

When supplier creation through workflow is done, the activity comes to the approver through mail notification and he is able to approve it too using the URL in the mail. But the issue is, the approver is not able to see the pending approval activities under his "My workflow Tasks channel". The count over there displays as 0 even if there are items pending for approval.

However, the pending count and activities are displayed under "My Supplier Workflow" Channel, but not under "My workflow Tasks channel". Is this standard behavior?

This happens for all the workflow approvals, even for RFx approvals etc.

Any suggestions ?

Hi Tejas,

I believe this is standard behaviour. I have only ever seen approvals appear as below:

Supplier approvals only appear in the "My Supplier Workflow" channel

Project/contract/UDO approvals appear in the "My workflow Tasks channel"

RFx approvals do not appear in any of the channels

The only time that number changed is when we added a custom workflow for a User Defined Object and the workflow came to the user for approval..
