Hi Ramesh Kannan,

Query report for The Authorization Is not Possible ... SAP does not expose the authorization table as it has been locked..

So This Is not Possible, But why you need to check them monthly basics..

You can block the authorization rights for all expect the Super User..

Hope Helpful..

Hi Ramesh kannan,

Create a Template for all user and update on monthly basics Using The DTW

You can find the template in

Data Transfer Workbench\Templates\Templates\Administration\System Initialization\Authorization\User Permission Tree

Hope This will make your work simple..

Please follow this link. You can use the export part of this solution.

I've checked it and it's worked properly.

Hi,

The authorization list is stored on the OPRM table.

However, the OPRM table cannot be accessed as it is not exposed by SAP. Also you cannot find this table in SQL.

The table OPRM stores authorization tree information which are static
