BW configuration problems

I've just finished the BW installation with the post installations instructions.

When trying to open the "Query Designer" I get a SYSTEM_FAILURE exception and a message "The SAP BW system must not be operated in client 000"

How can I create another client in the SAP GUI? Am I missing some configuration document after de "Post Installation of BW"?
