Query Documentation in SAP portal

Hi, We have the requiremnt to add the query documentation in the BW portal for every BEx query.

1. In portal we have the "info" tab available in the output screen of the BEx query

2. It is having two tabs, 1) Query Properties 2) Query documentation

3. User want to see the query documentation in the query documentation tab

we tried with the documentation option in RSA1 transaction for the queries (Maintained in simple text) but unable to see the document in SAP portal.

Is there any particular settings need to perform for this?.

Please help how we will get the documentation to this tab.

Also please provide the step by step procedural documents for this.

Check the standard analysis pattern tempolate settings which you are using to display portal reports

Hi,

You have to customize your Web Templates to display Information of the Query like Variable Values, Static Filter and Dynamic filter etc...

You can use Text elements web items for Variable values and Static Filter.

You can use Filter web item for Dynamic Filter Values.
