ESS defaulting values

In ESS Emergency contact page, I would like to default values.

For example, here I woudl like to default country to USA.  Is this possible?

have you checked customisation in V_T7XSSPERFORADD and  V_T7XSSPERSUBTYP

typically emergency address can be made apart from the permanent address and can have any country
