Hi experts!
The thing here is that i need to give different kind of permises to users depending on the id of a dimension. That means that if a person selects the member b2 of dimension DataSrc he could read and wirte the information of specific members on dimension Entity but if he choose b1 then other different members of dimension Entity would appear. This also happends using flat files, if the member of dimension Datasrc is b2 then he should be able to load only specific members of dimension entity even tough he has also permises on different entitys 0f b1.
Thx in advanced

Hi,
I think your requirement falls under Matrix Security which is currently not supporting in BPC10 as per the note Note 1565985 - Planning and Consolidation 10.0 NW Limitations.
Hope it helps...

Raju

This requirement can be easily achieved by creating data access profiles .
For example ,if a user has access to Entity E1 and DataSrc b1,b2 you can create data access profile for these members , provide read & write access to these members & assign this data access profile to the user you want to assign .
For the remaining members you can specify denied access, so they wont be able to read or write data to those members in any way (input schedules/reports/DM packages)
