PI 7.3 EHP1: exchangeProfile page doesn't load

Hi people,

I'm in posting activity after setup and I discovered that I'm not able to load the page http://<server>:50000/exchangeProfile.

The page is not in error but stays in loading state.

The user logged on is PISUPER, manually created (because the PI* users are not automatically created; is it correct?) but correctly roled.

The problem is that tring to load the page http://<server>:50000/dir/start/index.jsp I receive the

Internal Error

Unable to read configuration data (ExchangeProfile/aii.properties)

but I'm not able to load the exchangeProfile page and so I cannot resolve the issue configuration.

I tried to modify manually the file "C:\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\global\xi\exchangeProfile\exchange_profile.xml" without success.

How can I address the problem?

Is there some log that can give me some clue?

Hi Nicola,

Is it a fresh installation or it is set up using system copy ? I've seen this issue after system copy wherein we had to rerun the export / import after deleting the entries of table AII_Profiles in the source machine.

It's a new installation (the first for me).

I don't know so much about profiles. If you think it is relevant could you give me some detail?

Just to share the solution that I find my self, the problem was in PI* users profiling.

The SAP PI setup doesn't create the PI* users and I created them manually.

I included the roles but not the profiles.

Yesterday I profiled the roles and restart the MMC and now I can enter in the page.
