Sup Error Code 500

I am getting an error for Sup.

Error Code : 500

Operation : Search

When I click on a menu item.

Can anyone please help on this ?

It really depends on what you are actually doing.

• What does the button do?
• What function does it call?
• Do you have data in your tables?
• Are you sure the data structure is correct (referential integrity) particularly with the data you pulled from the EIS?
• What type of app is that? (HWC, Native?)
• What SUP version are you using?
• What type of BB (version? Emu? OS?) are you using?
