Error while installing WAS server

Hello Everybody,

I am facing following error at the time of installation of WAS 6.40 SP 10.

ERROR 2005-07-13 16:45:15

FSL-00001 System call failed. Error 1314 (A required privilege is not held by the client.

) in execution of system call 'LoadUserProfile' with parameter (thread token for INFVA02642\bacadm, bacadm), line (616) in file (synxccuren.cpp).

What it means? What type of privilages it needed?

This error is giving at step 2 of installation: "SAP System Installation".

I have installed server previously. then i have removed and now once again installing again. But now it is giving me above error.
