Portal Error When Copying SAP Standard Contents

Hi Experts,

I need your help urgently as I tried to copy the SAP standard contents in SRM portal as backup.

I hit an exception when copying. Therefore I clicked the cancel button to revert the copy function and the error happen. The SRM portal is not working.

When I login back to portal, i hit an error

Error occurred while trying to access framework page: "pcd:portal_content/every_user/general/defaultDesktop/frameworkPages/frameworkpage",The object does not exist or you are not authorized to access it.If this problem persists, contact your system administrator.

I tried to apply the note 869690:

1. Logon to the Portal as an Administrator.

2. After receiving the error page, replace the URL with the following URL: http://<Host Name>:<Host Port>/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/pcd!3aportal_content!2fcom.sap.pct!2fevery_user!2fgeneral!2fcom.sap.portal.frameworkpage.

3. Refresh the page.

When i refresh the page i got the error below:

Portal runtime error.
An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.
Exception ID: 05:55_25/09/12_0148_3461350

Refer to the log file for details about this exception.

Can you please refer to the below KBA and follow the resolution steps from it.

2288043 - SAP framework page missing from Enterprise Portal

Mostly it will solve your issue.
